PAUL IT-Service at the CCW on February 25, 2026

This year, PAUL IT is kicking things off with the CCW, the international leading trade fair for call and contact center management.

Three members of our team – Patrick, managing director, Matthias from project management and Jan from IT – were on site to learn about the latest developments, trends and innovations in the industry and to gather valuable insights for the communication of the future.

The trade fair focused on key topics such as digital disruption, artificial intelligence and the evolving customer needs of tomorrow.

Our team attended presentations, specialist sessions and live demos that provided practical insights into how modern technologies and bold strategies can sustainably transform the customer experience. Particularly impressive were the insights into new AI‑based solutions, automated service processes and future‑oriented communication channels. In addition, CCW offered opportunities to exchange ideas with experts and strong partners from the industry. The conversations on site made it clear how quickly the market is evolving—and how important it is to actively help shape the communication of the future.

We are returning with many new insights, inspirations and fresh ideas, and we look forward to incorporating them into our work. The visit to the trade fair was an inspiring start to the new year and a real highlight for our team.
